X-rays on his ankle were negative, but his status is unknown for Week 8. WR Bryan Gilmore is expected to start if Booker is unable to play.

I think I read somewhere where the coaching staff is frustrated by his lack of preparation and performance in practice.

He's apparently 5th string now. I think his butt is likely gone when Booker is healed. Unfortunately, this sounds like the dreaded high ankle sprain. Booker might not be right the rest of the year.
