Its a given. I actually like the signing from the perspective that it increases our likelihood of being terrible.

Jesus Christ, this is so disgusting. $5 million dollars literally flushed down the toilet at a time when for an extra 4 you could have locked down a Pro Bowl caliber Center and a major building block for our line!

This team is pure puke and Chris Grier is just another mound piled up in the same fetid mountain range of garbage the Miami Dolphins have become.

Matt Paradis got you that worked up huh lol, we are planning to blow massive chunks this year. Think of it this way though, at least we didnt go full idiot and sign Billy Turner to a 4 year 28 million deal.

Injury report: Parker sprained his wrist signing this new contract and is expected to miss 3-4 weeks.

I want this guy gone, he's proven to be completely unreliable.

Source: as part of his restructured deal that now runs through 2020, Dolphins WR Devante Parker agreed to reduce his base salary from $9.387M to $3.5M. Miami creates north of $4.5M in cap space, while Parker's deal suggests he has to earn his roster spot this summer.

Year 2 is a team option.

This is a GREAT deal for us. We save 4.5M this year with zero commitment to next year.

I like it. Gives him a chance under a coach who might actually use him. He’s been in the dog house for 2 years after showing a great deal of potential in ‘16. It’s a great price where FA are getting rediculous money. If he is going to blossom it may as well be at home. Good to keep our 1’s and not watch them flourish elsewhere. On the other hand he may flop again but at least we won’t be paying him 15M a year to see it.

I did a quick glance of the latest dolphins news today and saw this signing lol, I see nothing has changed with this team. Parker should have been first cut, exact opposite of a veteran player you want raising your new young team. Grier is going to continue wrecking this team.
