Miami Herald (scroll down) (registration required): "Among impending free agents, there is talk the Dolphins will have interest in coveted San Diego guard Kris Dielman (who played for Cam Cameron at Indiana) and Baltimore fullback Ovie Mughelli... The Dolphins informed linebacker Donnie Spragan they would like to re-sign him."

To me, this is only good news if he is our back-up. Unless he imrpoves he should not be our starter.

Trade down and take him in the first. He is very smart and looked great in drills. He would be a 1st game starter and and the future line QB for many years to come.

There is a very real possibility that Pittsburgh takes him with their first pick.
Center may be the only thing resembling a hole as far as their starting lineup.
 
My guess is since we are signing Donnie Spragan back it must mean we are targeting someone in the draft. It wouldn't make sense to resign him and target another free agent. Too much money.

Trade down with what team? Under what circumstances? Who is left on the board at 9 that's valuable enough for someone to trade up?

Trades do not happen in a vacuum, and the most important part of a trade is finding someone to trade with you.
 
resign spragan r u kidding...i want no part of him..he stinks..let pope start for criss sakes, he cant be any worse then spragan
