Davis will be fine, in fact I predict he has is best year ever.

Mark me down, so you all can hold me to it.

I won't need to hold you to it, I agree with it. I really liked what I heard from Davis in one of his last interviews, he says Coyle is harping on him all the time, keeping him sharp and he also said he is only focusing on his technique and becoming a better player. He is already one of the best tackling corners in the league (the bubble screen is almost always a foolish play to try against him) and has a wealth of talent. I am excited to watch him this season and hope he can stay healthy.

You think the Jets and Bills are good too.

No I don't. You find one post where I said that. I just think this team is a lot worse off than many here think. I do think the Bills have had a better off season than us. As for the Jets, they have Sanchez and Morono...they're screwed.

I do not trust Marshall as our nickle back well enough at corner I am hoping that Kevin Coyle can prove me wrong!

Marshall was pretty solid in the #2 role last year in Arizona, why do you think he's going to be a liability in the #3 role?

Marshall is a proven 70+ tackles per season guy. He is experienced and been in roles the demanded more than we are seeking as the nickel back. At $16M for 3yrs, he is this year's biggest $ acquisition. I'm optimistic that he can make a significant contribution.

I formed that opinion after reading one of CK's threads stating that Marshall would provide a upgrade for us if used at the safty position but was beaten badly many time at the CB position playing for Arizona.
