Dolphins Claim Damontre Moore

I cannot piece together what is up with their ideas at DE. I do think Wake has to take a big pay cut or he is gone. I think that money goes to OV.

I love Wake, but I think these moves with Coples and Moore make me think they are looking at cheap labor at DE outside of OV.
 
At least we are taking chances like Belchick. Coples and Moore are not Philbin type guys but they may pan out with a change of scenery. I have no problems with it.
 
Seems like we are trying to pick up as many young DEs as we can and hope one of them works out. Pretty good chance Wake isn't back next year.

I like DL projects too because they could thrive working off of Suh. If not, turn the page.
 
He costs all of $800,000 plus dollars next year. Again, I have never been a fan. However, I like his money and he is still very young. He was drafted at 20. Crazy.
 
I brought this up in the chat that we should give him a look. I liked him coming out. He's a knucklehead but take a chance on talent, and I really like that we have as many as 6 DE's to choose from next year, in Wake, Vernon, Coples, Shelby, Moore, Fede. It's a position of need next year, that could be solved in house. Hopefully the cutting was a wakeup call for Moore, because he's underachieved.

Didn't realize he was drafted at such a young age. Solid flyer.
 
Cannot say that Tannenbaum is still not trying for this year.

Moore indeed was good in college but his lack of maturity and poor combine (4.95 40 and 12 bench press reps) caused his stock to drop.
 
Aren't Vernon and Shelby FA this offseason and Wake is old, injured and expensive.
