Yea he conviently left him off lol, he could have put Ricky down in 02 and 03 lol, both in the top slot because he cost us the First rounder both years.
 
Jimmy Johson has always been a great evaluator of talent. Too bad he couldn't find a running back to help out Dan. That list just shows how poorly Wanny and Speilman drafted. It also shows how poor drafting can set back a franchise. It is the main way you build the foundation of your team. And if you screw it up, you won't be a very good team. This is why we need to give Saban some time. You don't overcome years of poor drafting in one or two years.
 
JJ was a good evaluator on D wasn't he? Suspect on O though, which is what we heard coming out of Dallas, no? Obvious draft picks notwithstanding but I'm talking about the lower gems like find Zach in the lower rounds.
 
JJ has said in the past... that his plan was to rebuild the defense, and leave the offense intact. He said his single biggest mistake was not revamping the offense as well.
