Dolphins Face Line Questions

I feel like Alabi can do it.

Then again, if he cant, and we dont draft someone who can, things become even more complicated.

I think it might be a little too early to judge him at the position, but at the same time, we have to have some stability there and if getting someone thru the draft means that, then so be it. Alabi sounds more like he needs some confidence rather than lacking in talent/physical skills...

There is going to be that fine line between allowing him time to develop and moving on with the needs of the team...Hopefully he can get himself together and it is only his first minicamp as the designated starter...

I mean u know we are going to draft a left tackle if the only viable option after Alabi is our starting right tackle. That should let people know we need to draft LT or T in general.

I completely agree on both these points. That and he has the perfect training partner lining up in front of him every day.

Levi has the most solid background at the position against good competition. The ideal situation for LT would be to have him and let Levi and Alabi duke it out and just go with the best guy and then we are set at both tackle spots and you could rotate a little which is what we are doing anyways.

Simply put, you solidify the position for a long time at both tackle spots.
