And during a luncheon Monday hosted by the South Florida Super Bowl Host Committee, Goodell said the Dolphins could be a team that plays in one of those international games.
''The Dolphins have expressed a great deal of interest in participating,'' Goodell said. ``As a league resolution, they want to do what's in the best interest of the league and I think they're willing to participate in it.''
Goodell said the Dolphins would make a solid candidate for such a game based on the City of Miami's diversity, as well as their international following.

''Of course you regret it, because it happened,'' said Harrington when asked if he regretted not kneeling down to end the half. ``You can't take it back. The only thing you can do is learn from it and next time think about the situation a little bit more. Think about what we're trying to accomplish. Yeah, I made a mistake [Sunday] and it cost us.''

''I sat there and thought about every mistake that I made,'' said Harrington, who completed 27 of 42 passes for 267 yards and a touchdown. ``It's not going to sit well with me until I can get out and fix it.''

He has the right attitude, he's made some rookie mistakes and if he can fix these he will be a solid QB.

Also Daunte's on crutches

• Quarterback Daunte Culpepper will use crutches for the next few days as he continues to recover from arthroscopic knee surgery Thursday.

Is that normal?

Would they put that game on national TV do you think?

I'd sure hope so since they put that Cards - 49ers game in Mexico City last year on National TV.

Okay, so Daunte comes out and tries to play through an injury because he wants so badly to win. He plays poorly and you hate him for that. Joey stinks it up but he admits it and you love him for that? That sounds very hipocritical. When are you going to stop sticking up for Joey when it's clear he's not very good?

The point I was trying to make was that rookie mistakes are easy to fix with proper coaching and he seems to have the right attitude about it.

hmmm, what if the rookie mistakes are made when the player is a veteran, and has always made those same rookie mistakes?

And adamprez lol it is a very strange pairing, however both having to deal with the dolphins, I guess. i like reading how the dolphins have an international following because I remember that international game clip being shown on the NFL network and clearly remember seeing a dude wearing an orange dolphins jersey in the highlights lol.

This is the strangest pairing up of topics Ive ever seen

LOL yes it is, it's also very strange that your not allowed to comment on it without being called a Joey Lover and a Daunte hater

Jdang: I don't know that remains to be seen, I just thought from his comments that he has the right attitude about it and that is the first step in correcting those mistakes being that they are mostly mental.

Also I am still curious if it is normal to be on crutches after having your knee scoped? I've never had anything like that so no idea?

Yes, it is normal. I believe it was Jason Allen who had arthroscopic knee surgery before training camp, and he was on crutches for, what, a week?
