I’d much rather Grier actually has a banger draft building both lines, and Chop and Paul are studs in year 2.

That would obviously be pretty much a 'best-case scenario,' and assuming reasonable health at the QB position, it would likely result in the Dolphins posting a 10-7 or 9-8 record this season, despite the more challenging schedule.

At this point, after the rebuild, the arrow should be sloping up, but instead it slopes down. Grier can blame his reliance on our coach's input, but really there's no defending it. We need to start over and build it the right way - from the inside out.

I think We need a fresh start, like a real one.

My advice to Ross is find a superior talent evaluator and make him a very rich man. He will probably have to overpay. I think it would be the best investment he could make if he wants to win consistently.
