Dolphins Hall of Fame Quarterback Bob Griese Retires from Broadcasting

Good QB......average broadcaster. Best wishes Bob.

Much better college broadcaster than when he does our preseason ballgames . . . my god he is terrible at those.

Average broadcaster is putting it lightly. The guy always talked like he knew nothing what was going on. He rarely came out sounding intelligent. He sucked and now there's reason to turn on your volume, because he won't be covering games anymore.

The stupid banter got a little bit old between Nat Moore and Griese.
I think Nat Moore does a decent job, he brings some enthusiasm.
Enjoy your retirement Bob, and thanks again for the rings.

Poor Griese. Must be all the concussions he took when playing.

thank god.. he was one of the worst broadcasters I have ever heard. Nat Moore up next!

Probably along with Jim Langer one of the most overlooked Dolphins by Current Dolphin fans, both hall of famers that were closely followed by hall of famers.

I always thought Bob Griese would make a great OC in the NFL, what most Dolphin fans don't remember about Griese is that he called all his own plays, he didn't have an OC calling them in like Marino and everyone else that followed. Terry Bradshaw always said during the 70's that Griese read defenses better than anybody in the league.

2 Time AFL All-star(Prior to the merger), 6 Time Pro Bowler, 2 Time All-NFL, 1 Time league MVP.

He threw 6 Touchdown passes against the Cardinals on thanksgiving day and pulled himself out after 3 quarters, even though he had a chance to tie or break the NFL record of 7. Very unselfish player.
