Dolphins have interest in Ron Brace - right from Ron's mouth

Thought this was pretty cool. The other dolphin site i go to interviewed boston college DT Ron Brace. And one of the things Brace comes out and says is that the dolphins have spoken with him multiple times.

What have your conversations with the Dolphins been like so far?
"They’ve been real positive. I must’ve talked with the Dolphins a couple times throughout the Senior Bowl week. We had lengthy talks about my background and things I like to do outside of football. They asked me a lot of questions and really took the time out to get to know me as a person."

He is a 3-4 NT prospect . . . One of the best in this draft, probably the best at stuffing the run . . . u know we have some interest.
 
It's probably just due dilligence. I remember they met with Vernon Gholston on 3 or 4 occasions last year.

I also remember Armando guaranteeing Miami had no interest in Jake Long because they didn't send a scout to his pro day at Michigan.
 
He can't move laterally. He's a straight up guy. He's not going to come off a block and fill the A gap and he's not going to disengage and go down the line.
 
I'd spend a 3rd rounder on him. I don't read too much into interviews as I'm sure his agent has trained him well on what to say.
 
brace is great, but i rather give that pick 56, for Gabe Watson's tender. i think he is better, proven and may be cheaper if brace rises at all
