Unproven RB.

Deuce McAllister and Reggie Bush???

Come on.

You could have said Ronnie was unproven before last year too, but we all knew how good he would be.

Same thing with Reggie.

Carolina at #2? That is ridiculous. Everyone is way too high on Carolina this year.

Maybe on their running back situation.

But their team is loaded this year. There are no two ways about that.

To be honest, I am not buying into Reggie. I didn't buy into Ronnie until I seen him against the big dogs of the NFL. It's a totally different game. Don't get me wrong, I was happy as hell we got to draft him. But I can't stand to be let down, so I reserve my happiness and praise until they are proven. Duece is a bad ***. But not top 10.

I understand that.

"Believe it when I see it."

But there is a reason Ronnie and Reggie were drafted 2nd overall.

...OMG. I just said "Ronnie and Reggie." Could you imagine those two as the dynamic Dolphins duo???

That would be an icredible duo. I wouldn't mind seeing Warrick Dunn back there with Ronnie.

I think Warrick, despite his size, is more of a main back type. He wouldn't be happy backing up Ronnie.

Reggie, on the other hand, might be the most diverse player in the NFL even as a rookie.
He can be a running back. He can be lined up in the slot as a receiver. He can catch out of the backfield and make your whole back seven miss while he takes it to the house.

I'd rather Reggie.

But I like Warrick Dunn a lot too. He's a Louisiana guy.

I think Reggie is to small for a feature back. But then again I thought the same of Emmit Smith and Warrick Dunn. But I would love to see Reggie in Aqua and Orange.

Yeah, I'd love to see him on our team too.

It's been said, and I agree with this, that if Reggie Bush would have come into the draft as a WR, he would have been drafted just as high as he was as a RB.

But Reggie got drafted into the perfect situation. He doesn't have to be the featured back.

The Saints still have Deuce. All those things I said Reggie can do in my previous post, the Saints will do with him.
There's no pressure on him to be the main guy.

In RB they are definitely not near #2. Deshaun has never lasted a season carrying the load. Yes they will make the playoffs, but everyone is writing them in for the SB.

Which would you rather have....

Duece and Bush or Deshaun Foster and Deangelo williams?

I think I'd rather have Ronnie and Sammy than the Carolina Rb's. But that may be the homer in me.
