According to the Sun Sentinel the Dolphins have named Diron Reynolds as their Defensive Line Coach and Matt Schiotz as their Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Seems like Schiotz was a long time coming. Don't know too much about Reynolds, I'll have to research him a bit.

Diron Reynolds comes from the Indianapolis Colts. He was their Defensive Quality Control guy. He also was a Defensive Line Coach at University of Indiana when Cameron was the coach there.

Matt Schiotz was the Chargers Asst. Strength and Conditioning Coach. He received a glowing recommendation from Marty Schottenheimer.

Diron Reynolds was the Defensive Tackles coach at Indiana when Cameron was head coach. Good move to hire someone who he has some history with. Same goes with [FONT=Verdana,Arial, Helvetica] Schiotz for the chemistry factor.

With Mularkey likely becoming the Tight Ends coach, all we need now is a QB coach and OC. Since Cameron is going to call the plays, I really see one coach being hired that will take both roles.

I know Diron Reynolds personally. His brother was drafted by the Packers a few years back. Jamal Reynolds. He is more than capable. He is young and energetic. He use to break down films for the colts offense on the opposing teams defense.

I'm hoping the troubles Indy had with their run D and DL was caused by lack of talent acquired from the FO and not Reynolds' fault. Because the last thing we need is for our defensive stalwart to crumble and thus giving new Jets DL coach Quinn something to crow about.

I was kindve thinking the same thing. Colts defensive anything doesnt necesserily sound like a good thing.
