i go to a dolphins game every year traveling from delaware and stay in hallendale on a1a. can anyone tell me where the team hotel is for for home games????

It's usually the Renaissance in Plantation (which is about 7-8 mins from practice facility) This year the renaissance didn't renew with the Phins because last year they blocked the entire 6th floor for all home games (as they have for the past few years) and Cam Cam decided the players didn't need to stay with the team the night prior to the game. This year the Phins moved to Hyatt Regency Bonaventure Conference Center & Spa located in Westin. It will be hard to see players there, there are I believe 5 different buildings and they pretty much keep the players secluded. At the Renaissance you would normally get to see most players, although they all didn't sign autos. Your chances are slim to see them at the Hyatt plus it will cost you more cash to stay there.

So where is the best place to go and get Autographs from players, during the season and after,I have Larry Little, and David Bowens,I want and need more, can someone please help with this

I have just about every player's auto's and pic's with from the past few years. The best place to get them is at the team hotel. Unfortunately this year will be tough. Next year I hear they will renew with the Renaissance Hotel. So you may have to wait until then. That's the best place to get them.

Yeah, this is another no-nonsense indication of just how different the FO has made things this year; any pre game attention-diverting spouses, reporters, groupies or fans will be thrown right into the shower - no questions asked!

I understand that football is their profession, but as a fan I am becoming more and more disgruntled with the lack of fan-friendliness in sports. A few years back , I went to an NBA game. My cousin and I were there an hour before tip-off and a couple players were shooting around. We tried to get to the lowest floor level to see them up close but an usher said we could not go beyond the hi spoint until 25 mins or so before tip-off. We asked about autographs and were told "they don't do that anymore." Shame. The Harlem Globetrotters were great, though and signed anything you wanted.

I dont think players should be held accountable to sign autographs before a game at all. I think sometimes us as fans forget that this is there profession and there doing there job just like we do in our careers.

I'll be happy to sign any and all autographs before I go to work.

Best time/place to get pictures and autographs is during training camp. Once the season starts, the players are far more focused on the next game - as it should be.
