He was a great player but ankle, hernia/ abdominal surgery...Huge locker room fight with Jerry Jones
that has turned into a lawsuit,Arrested for DUI, Problems with the strength and conditioning coaches, injured his hamstring during the conditioning test before training camp in July and never practiced for the Cowboys this season.

In his four-year stretch of Pro Bowl appearances, Ratliff twice had a career-high 83 tackles and 19 of his 27 career sacks.
But he had just two sacks after signing a five-year, $49 million extension in 2011. 2012 he missed 10 games

I'd love to have the Pro Bowl Ratcliff but not the David Garrard(cash the signing bonus check and hurt himself) "rinse and repeat"
