I believe its 31 Daniel Thomas not 30 Michael Thomas.

Don't understand the Matthews inactive if Hazel is the same. I guess we'll get to see the new TE Robinson instead.

Guess the message is that playing better than Hartline and Gibson does not mean you get more playing time. So, just sit out and think about it. ????????????
 
Why would you promote Hazel to make him inactive? The only explanation I can think of is they thought he was about to get signed to someones active roster and didn't want to lose him

I don't really understand the move otherwise. Maybe there is another reason but I can't really think of one.
 
My guess was Hazel was promoted because this is around the time when teams who arent gonna make the playoffs go looking for guys of practice squads for next year. They like Hazels potential so promote him to ensure he is still here next year.
 
Ridiculous to sit Mathews. Yep Philbin, don't play the one guy we have who could be an upgrade over Wallace
