Barry Jackson, of the Miami Herald, reports the Miami Dolphins are interested in free-agent WR Josh Reed (Bills).
he is so bad, I live near ROchester so I get to see all of the Bills game and he is such an underachiever, I would rather have Welker in the game than him.
He did lose his confidence in Buffallo and he got a case of the drops. However he was an exciting player in college under Saban. I'm not saying you use him to replace Welker, I think you give him a chance to earn a roster spot. If he doesn't produce you cut him. If we get Drew Brees he will finally have a good QB to throw the ball to him. Also if you remember after his first year they let P.Price go because after a good first year they thought he could step right in. Then he had a bad year and a case of the drops. Last year he was more consistent. I live in Rochester also and I've seen every Bills game the last 5 years.
Josh never did live up to expectations. He always looks good by the end of training camp, looks jittery during games. A change of scenery would do him good. A solid 3rd reciever.
special teams role player. Thats what we are looking for. Josh reed can redeem himself here with his old HC. That is what I knew he would be looking for in Reed. There was alot of underachieving going on in Buffalo. Just keep that in mind.
Thats a good point....This is exactly what I was thinking when I read the title of this thread. He played under Saban at LSU and under Mularkey for the Bills. There is obviously talent there that we may not see. Personally, I was big on him coming out of college. I'm a Gator fan so I watched him alot. Saban can do special things with players that he coached in college....who's TRAVIS DANIELS? :dunno:
