Dolphins Interested In QB Schaub

Saban and company are really looking at all their posibilities on who they could sign if Brees doesn't come threw.....

I would offer them a second round pick that would turn into a 1st,if we make the playoffs

Ah god I hope it's not Schaub. WCO QB plain and simple. Not worth a 2nd round pick. I'll take the potential of Daunte injured vs. Schaub.

Finally, I was wondering if there was anyone recruiting somwhere besides the MASH unit!!!

Shaub Sounds Like The Espn Shaub No

Shaub Is West Coast Hes Not A Gunslinger Like Pepper

imo he's worth a second dude is 6'5 mobile and accurate. Guy woulda been a 1st round pick if he didnt injury his shoulder senior year. 2nd all time in passing yards in ncaa history.

That is good news. That may be the final nail in the culp-vick wannabe boomlet.

Schaub, from what I know, has some really good qualities that would help the team. I wish he had more starting experience.

That may be a clear signal that IF.... and I think it's a huge "if"... for some reason Brees doesn't work out, Saban wants no part of another long round of doctor's visits and MRI's and tests on his next QB.

If Schaub can do everything with his arm that Vick can do (and I have not heard otherwise), he's plenty strong armed for Mularkey's offense.

I heartily endorse this move under the following circumstances:

1) Brees signs with the Saints
2) Ramsey is not available for essentially nothing
3) Schaub doesn't cost more than Miami's first round pick (or preferably a swap of Miami's 1st for Atlanta's 2nd and Schaub)

This makes a hell of a lot more sense than Pepper for a second if you ask me.
