Dolphins interviewing Hawaii OL

Agility, speed, and athleticism... All the qualities important for OL to be successful.

Man I had a joke planned out and everything if you said Jumping.

When was the last time anyone here saw an o-lineman jump in a game? My point exactly

Dane Uperesa giving his daily diary for Hawaii fans. BTW, Dane is a 325 lineman who can easily dunk a basketball, run the 40 in under 5 sec, and strong as an ox:

I don't care about dunking ability unless he'd like to help block field goals. But speed and strength are pretty good. If he does well in the Combine, he could be a very nice pick. Certainly fits a Houck mold and is used to pass protection.

Dunking a basketball at 325 is impressive, it shows you have good explosion in your legs. That was one thing that was impressive about Fred Evans last year, was the explsoion he displayed during workouts.

He could recover a fumble, take it in for a TD and dunk it over the goal post. Much better than all those silly end zone celebrations.

After what happened with Reggie Bush last weekend, football players probably will have it in their contracts that they can't play basketball. :D

Remember the New England running back who blew out his knee and career playing a volleyball game at the probowl. The Dolphins picked him up after he was released by the patriots but he never was the same. No connection but just shows what extra curicular sports can do.

I don't think it was a volleyball game. I thought it was a sand flag football game.
