yeah, only on nfl network, like the thursday games.
There are other options...google and/or reddit is a good place to start.
The game will be aired on Verizon Wireless. If you are customer of Verizon Wireless you can watch it on your cell phone. There are other ways to watch too. Just Google it and it will tell you how.
I have Roku at home so I have NFL Network APP and it is connected to my computer not to a TV. Its quite easy to do. Google it and it will tell you how.

Incorrect. Every Thursday game except for ours vs the bengals was simulcast on network tv. This is another game that isn't on basic cable.

Sign up for the free 7 day trial of Sling. The mid tier package has NFL Network. It's how I watched the Bengals game. And just cancel after the game. I've signed up again using another email.
