Kent Somers, of the Arizona Republic, reports agent Chuck Price said he will talk to the Miami Dolphins about free agent WR Az-Zahir Hakim (Saints).
 
The thread title is a little misleading based on the article snippet (I assume that it's from KFFL). As quoted, it says that the agent will contact the team about Hakim. Not the other way around. So to me, that doesn't indicate interest at all from the Dolphins, it's just an agent trying to find his client a job.
 
That would be a good compliment to CC and MB...gives us a legit #3 for the first time since Nat Moore...

Also frees up a spot on day one of the draft for a LB or CB or even a QB (like Whitehurst)....
 
Yeah, he can't seem to stick with a team which makes me cautious, but he should come cheap.
 
I was thinking we already had a speed receiver of this type on the roster in Bryan Gilmore, but then I heard on ESPN Radio last night that he signed with the 49ers. I must have completely missed that one. Oh well.

I wouldn't mind taking a look at Hakim.
 
this could mean no Chad Jackson or Satanio Holmes in the draft, Manny Lawson meets his hero Jason Taylor :D
 
We're not really looking at him at all..

His agent knows we're looking for another WR and prob sees us as a possible destination. There is probably no interest from the Dolphins.
