Jeff Darlington, of the Palm Beach Post, reports Miami Dolphins TE Randy McMichael looks like he worked hard this off-season, which is a good sign of things to come. McMichael appeared toned and fit. He certainly didn't look like he put on much bad weight, if any weight at all.

I think Manny Wright can be a stud!! If he can control the tears!:boohoo: :boohoo:

McMike should add a little of weight. How much is he? 250-255 right? He should try to get around 260-265. He should be culpeppers size lol.

Manny Wright needs to go and stay on the South Beach diet or something.

He can't be coming into each mini camp obese! Glad he lost some of the weight though..

Yep some big guys just always come to camp out of shape. They get the munchies in the offseason or their metabolism makes it hard to shake off weight. If there is a problem it is the responsibility of the player to re-shape his lifestyle and work out habits to accomodate slow metabolisms and appetites. They will eventually lose the weight of course and they better because no disciplinarian coach is going to tolerate lapses in the season.
