@ArmandoSalguero: The Dolphins are considering bringing in former TB GM Mark Dominik for an interview.

Has the ever been a more indecisive GM search??

It's obvious they don't want to give the job to Brian Gaine.

Dolphins might interview me. Lol this mando character and la confora are weak at this media ****. They are not on point at all.

I assume this means the Nick Caserio talks didn't go well.

Ya, it would appear that way. I just don't know how anyone can defend this process. It just meanders aimlessly with no sense of direction.

They should have identified all the candidates they wanted to target from the beginning, set up the first interviews in quick succession, then ran the finalist interviews the next week to make a decisive decision.

If Gaine ends up with the job now, it's going to look like he was the 10th choice. They are trying so hard not to give it to him, but they may be forced to

Another tweet from a non- Mando source:

@MaxLuckan: Buzz in league circles is that former Bucs GM Mark Dominik could emerge as a candidate for Dolphins GM opening.

Mark Dominik is actually a pretty darn good again canidate.

He got a raw deal in TB, TB has a pretty solid roster TBH. He's a better canidate than Farmer or Dawson.

I'm telling you, some of the people here really need to get off the internet.

It's not that big of a deal.

Mark Dominick has been available since before Ireland left. Why is there suddenly the interest in him? Please tell me how this process makes any sense?

Let's NOT overreact yet he said MIGHT interview him. As we all know the reporting on this search has been unreliable.

Who says where after him? Armando and some dude named Max?

Great sources there I'm telling you.

Most GM searches are not out in the public, due to us being fans of the Dolphins. It's not uncommon for these things to take a long time to be complete. Your picking a guy to run your football team, can't hire the first guy you talk too. Nobody knows what really going on behind closed doors, which is why stepping away from the computer and letting things play out is pros ably the best thing to do.
