Dolphins must target dream Mike McDaniel replacement before it's too late
The Dolphins need a change at head coach, and with their playoff hopes effectively over, they should make a move sooner rather than later.
And Harbaugh…twice. He’s def on the table of players but we as usual ****ed up our golden opp when we let Campbell walk
Go back to 2016 on here. I wanted that guy like nobody’s business. He’s def on the table of players but we as usual ****ed up our golden opp when we let Campbell walk
I think Campbell was ready to grow into the role. We hired 33 year old Adam Gase.Terrible article as usual, but I agree, the HC time has expired here. Vrabel is interesting, Campbell was not ready when we were in play, and Harbaugh is so Harbaugh, who will not work in the NFL anymore. "Fire Ross"?? FYI, Ross owns the team and calling for his replacement show's a special kind of ignorance or stupidity, pick your poison. Ross makes money every year weather we win or not. Get over it. He wants, to win but so do 32 other teams. There are not 32 teams capable of winning the Super Bowl every year, maybe 4-5...

But it would at least be nice if we could win one playoff game before the 2020s end.Terrible article as usual, but I agree, the HC time has expired here. Pete and Belicheat too old. You’ll be replacing then after 3 yearsI still believe McDaniel gets another season, but I could be wrong.
If there's a change, I would favor going with an experienced coach and Vrabel might be first on my list.
Pete Carroll and Bill Bellichick (I know) should be in consideration as well.
A short-term answer with a coach in waiting/training (maybe Wes Welker) might not be a bad idea.
