Dolphins must target dream Mike McDaniel replacement before it's too late

Terrible article as usual, but I agree, the HC time has expired here. Vrabel is interesting, Campbell was not ready when we were in play, and Harbaugh is so Harbaugh, who will not work in the NFL anymore. "Fire Ross"?? FYI, Ross owns the team and calling for his replacement show's a special kind of ignorance or stupidity, pick your poison. Ross makes money every year weather we win or not. Get over it. He wants, to win but so do 32 other teams. There are not 32 teams capable of winning the Super Bowl every year, maybe 4-5...

I still believe McDaniel gets another season, but I could be wrong.

If there's a change, I would favor going with an experienced coach and Vrabel might be first on my list.

Pete Carroll and Bill Bellichick (I know) should be in consideration as well.

A short-term answer with a coach in waiting/training (maybe Wes Welker) might not be a bad idea.

I think Campbell was ready to grow into the role. We hired 33 year old Adam Gase.

Vrabel is the coach to pick if you truly want to address the "soft" crap.

I personally don't think that is the direction the team will go, but that is certainly the answer to that narrative.

I think Ross gives McDaniel AND Grier one season, but makes it clear that both are on the hot seat, and that another 2-5 start would mean both get ousted mid-season.

But it would at least be nice if we could win one playoff game before the 2020s end.
