Dolphins OK with 'short-term' fix at QB right now

what the hell, im drunk at 11 am, i always traded david garrard to the dolphins in madden (ECU alum) lets pick him up veteran minimum, and im sure some people are still upset we didnt draft brady quinn. lets bring him in. we'll have a field day next year with garrard, quinn, and devlin at qb, remember some posters here want to trade moore for a 6th round pick

not many people talkin Nick Foles. 4th round steal IMO. Dude played with crappy college team.

Actually, I have been on the Foles bandwagon since the 2010 season. Somewhere, on this site, there is a thread started by yours truly with the title of, "With the 25th pick in the 2012 draft..."

Arizona has & had talent. They just had a lousy coach. You can always count on the Stoops brothers to underachieve.

My ideal 2012 draft (now) is, Upshaw, Fleener, Zeitler, & Foles.

Translation from Ross/Ireland speak ... to REAL SPEAK:

Ross is desperate to avoid an empty stadium & Ireland is desperate to avoid getting fired.

Outside of those 2 facts ... won't do us much good ... we'll just draft lower & prolong the Slow Rebuild Torture.

Ah yes, like spending the rent & food money for a couple hours on the crack pipe!! Smoke UP, we'll find a way to eat & pay rent Manana!!

What would be so wrong in getting Manning with I think realistically 3 years left of what we are used to seeing and drafting a QB next year or the year after? Everyone expects Luck to start day 1 is, not the case here if we draft one next year or whenever. Marshall probably only has a few good years, our defense is likely in the same boat, not quite sure on the age of our guys are on that side. Why not squeeze that talent out with Marshall and our Defense for a few years? It's not like we are going to stop drafting players in the coming years.

We always seem to have a good team, but we are always held back by our QB and sometimes it our coaching it seems. Not to say the idiots like Sean Smith and others don't contribute to some of the ****tiness around here. I guess I don't see the issue, especially if the guy is willing to go of a play by play salary type situation last I heard.

I really don't mind if Manning comes or doesn't come. I personally still want to draft a QB, kind of liking RGIII, but I honestly don't watch enough College, especially Baylor, to really make an assumption on him. To be honest I think Moore played fairly well considering his situation and time he was given.
