Ndamukong Suh showed up for the start of the Dolphins’ offseason program, but that was just a gesture to say hello to his new teammates in Miami. Since then Suh has done what he did in Detroit: Stayed away from voluntary workouts.
But while some might say the highest-paid defensive player in NFL history ought to be willing to show up to the team facility in the offseason, those in Miami say they’re fine with Suh staying home. Suh’s fellow defensive tackle A.J. Francis says that no one begrudges Suh following his own workout routine, on his own schedule and at his own gym.
“He came the first couple of days, we ran and he did his thing,” Francis told the Palm Beach Post. “He went back to where he trains at. But that’s what he does. He’s the best d-lineman in the league so if he wants to train somewhere else that’s his prerogative. And nobody can tell him otherwise.”
If it mattered to the Dolphins, they could have structured Suh’s contract differently, with big workout bonuses to encourage him to attend offseason work. But it doesn’t matter to the Dolphins. Suh always showed up to training camp in Detroit in great shape despite having missed the team’s offseason program, and the same will no doubt be true in Miami.

The further away from dallas thomas he is the better health wise

I guess AJ Francis never heard of JJ Watt just saying. Doesn't matter much since he will be looking for a team anyway later on.
As for missing voluntary workouts , well key word is voluntary I don't care.

Dude, give it a rest with your hate. It's seriously tired. Maybe comment in the Facebook section of nfl.com they'd absolutely nothing wrong with calling your teammate the best in the game when the debate is close.

It's a fact that Suh isn't the best in league? Where can I find this list of facts?

I mean you could say that Tannehill is the best qb in the league but Im sure that you wouldn't have a problem saying that isn't true.

“He went back to where he trains at. But that’s what he does. He’s the best d-lineman in the league so if he wants to train somewhere else that’s his prerogative. And nobody can tell him otherwise.”

and that's that^

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Francis saying what he did. No need to panties to be in a bunch over Francis not calling Suh the "2nd" best player...the "3rd" best player

Anyway..Im not sure Suh has to be in the same room as these guys right now to motivate these guys on O or D line to work harder. They'll have to practice with him soon enough

“He went back to where he trains at. But that’s what he does. He’s the best d

No one has any panties in bunch just was saying the vast majority of consensus among professionals and amateurs alike is that JJ Watt is the best defensive lineman in the league.
Now if you want to say Suh is best defensive tackle in the league I cannot argue that point. Much better players in the league than bubble boy Francis reghard JJ Watt as the best defensive Linneman in the league as well as best defensive player in the league

well let me rephrase since we want to play semantics.
Its a fact that among players, coaches, fans and writers the vast majority would argue thatt JJ Watt is the best defensive player in the league is that better

I wasn't playing semantics, you posted your opinion and SAID it was "a fact", to strengthen your argument.

Yes, better, had you said what you said above in the first place, I probably would have let it slide and not replied with " Do you have a link to a recent poll done by players, coaches, fans and writers that backs your statement?" It isn't that important to me, as I would disagree with them (and probably be wrong) and if I had to start a defense and HAD to pick either Watt or Suh as my first pick, I'd pick Suh. I like what he brings to the table just a tad more than what Watt does, it's just my opinion though. No biggie. They are both pretty darn good and I am happy to have one of em on my team.

I mean you could say that Tannehill is the best qb in the league but Im sure that you wouldn't have a problem saying that isn't true.

Dlocks....whether I think Tannehill is the best or not isn't relevant, nor would it be a fact. When ever you are dealing with best this, best that, worst this, worst that. I could say something like " docks is the most depressing, anti-Dolphin, don't - ever - rag - on - another - teams - faults/issues-cause-you-know-the-dolphins-did-something-way-back-when-, troll posting, Debbie downer finheaven poster in the history of the internet.", and while that sentiment might lead in votes if a poll were to be taken, it STILL would not be a fact.

They perform different roles on the defensive line....Watt gets a shot at more sacks...which in this league gets more attention from the average person.

Much of Suh's value comes in the opportunities he provides Those around him.

Lets just wait and see who is rated higher amoungst the peers on nfl top 100, i bet its suh
