Dolphins-Patriots 9/4/94 on NFL Network tonight at 8 PM

This game is the first game of the 1994 season, which was the game that Dan Marino made his return to the Dolphins after tearing his Achilles tendon in the prior season. Dolphins win 39-35 in a shootout between Bledsoe and Marino. I'm firing up the Tivo for this one.
 
I was actually at the game on sept 94, and I watched the replay. The defense was absolutely horrible against NE. It kind of reminds me of our 2009 defense. Our middle linebacker was a guy named Bullough?
Offerdahl and Dwight Hollier were injured. Ben Coates owned Bullough in that game. I think our current DC Pasqualli and Olividotti use the same bend and then give up the late touchdowns philosopy.
Except we dont have Marino and Gary Stevens to out score the opponent. Bill Parcells looked pretty intense in the game and definitely a lot younger.
Tim Bowens was a beast and so was Irving Fryar.
 
It's on right now, Phins are down 28-18 with the ball.
