Round 1: Chris Long- He is the perfect fit for parcells system. Miami wanted Calvin Pace, but this kid is younger, more athletic and a monster of a man. He will have an immediate impact in the league and will be the best Defensive player Miami will have for many years to come.

Round 2 first pick: Antoine Cason- He is an athletic cornerback that has potential to be one of the best in the league. He will be a great compliment to will allen on the other side. This will give us to good corners for a while.

Round 2 Second pick: Ray Rice- He is a very underrated running back with the heart of a champion. Comparible to maurice jones-drew and a great back to be with Ronnie for a long time. Could end up being the best running back combination in the NFL

Round 3: Joe Flacco- He is a very big quarterback with a ton of arm strength and a load of potential. While he did not play against top competition he can be molded into a solid NFL quarterback.

Round 4: Jermichael Finley- A big tight end that is very athletic. He is very young and might need some grooming, but has the ability to become an elite tight end.

Round 6: Jake Ikegwuono- A big corner that has 4.3 speed. An injury dropped his draft stock, but he is a great player. Also has the ability to play safety. I watched him shut down Mario Manningham and James Hardy this season with one on one coverage. Injury might keep him out this year, but if he is still available in round 6 he could be the steal of the draft.

Round 7: Shannon Tavaga- A 6'3 315 pound guard. He is a very strong player that lacks some attributes, but with the help of Tony Sparano he could become a good lineman in the league.

Feel free to make changes if you would like.

Not bad except for the Rice part. I don't think we should be using that high a pick on a RB when we already have a decent RB corps. I would think we'd go TE/WR/LB for that one. I love the Tevaga pick because to me, this guy's what Sparano could be looking for. If we draft him, I'm getting a Tevaga jersey and getting it signed (same goes for any Bruin who gets drafted by us).

Round 1
Jake Long
Round 2a
Quentin Groves
Round 2b
Lavelle Hawkins( Compliments I think the recievers we already have extremely well)
Round 3b
Justin King
Round 4
Im torn,I absolutely love Jacob Tamme and I think he would be a good fit,but we need a mlb.I will say what the hell J Leman(Steal mark it down)
Round 6
Franklin Okam

rice is a joke and definately isn't what we need that early in the draft, flacco would likely be a 2a pick if it were to happen and cason is a reach.

Rice is a joke? Please. I dont necessarily like the pick, but the guy is far from a joke.

Not bad, but we have to get an OT. Right now we have Carey and nothing else. If we don't take Jake Long, we have to go OT on 2a or 2b.

With the exception of Ray Rice, the draft is hella solid.

We are NOT drafting Chris Long. Wish all you want but the writing is on the wall. It's Jake Long or Matt Ryan. I really wish you guys wouldn't get your hopes up, because when we don't pick him we'll have to listen to you B and M for months upon months.

i still dont know who i would prefer, but who are you to say we will or wont draft someone.. Yes, left tackle is a huge need an has been since Webb.. but remember when robert gallery was a lock as a future pro bowler at LT? well.. is less words.. he's not. Look at the teams that have been successful of late.. they all have great edge rushers. how did the giants beat the pats?? 3 stud pass rushers. Not sayin Jake Long wouldnt be accepted.. but if you look past the bathroom stall that was only written on, and looked at the proven facts of teams winning with a great front seven, you wouldnt scratch off Chris Long...Esp. when ours sucked last year.

Sounds like denial to me....

Don't you guys think we are going to need a QB?

I think we will take Henne or Flacco....probably with our 2b pick.

I don't mean to rain on your parade, but you do not have

one single OT. I consider that a huge omission. And the one offensive lineman you do have is in the last round? Miami has 7 offensive linemen on the roster right now. Of the 7 only 4 were drafted. Of the 7 only two are OTs. Not an idea draft in my book.

#1 C Long DT/OLB
#32 Sam Baker OT
#57 Fred Davis TE
#64 Terrell Thomas CB
#96 Tom Zybikowski SS

I like this but its Joe Flacco or Henne at 57 and Lavelle Hawkins or another Wr at 64. Tamme TE in round 4.

there are alot of Cb freaks on this board. I dont know why, its one of our deepest positions really. We need an OLB and DE but we need more offense than anything. I think this draft is going to be mostly about offense once C Long is ours at #1.
