Dolphins place Joe Berger on IR?

According to the Dolphins' roster on the official website the Miami Dolphins have place Joe Berger on IR. It might a mistake but the Dolphins do a pretty good job with their roster on the site and you can see this was updated today cause Rosario & Cook have been added while Edds is not there.

Cut or on IR...pretty much same thing..wont be playing for phins..
 
They should have kept Berger and fired Columbo. I don't care if they don't play the same position.

Of course if Berger isn't really on IR.

well, we might soon find out should some team pick him up and give him a physical. But then again, they may already know.
 
He isn't on IR. His contract has been terminated.
 
Dolphins have fixed their error on the roster page. Berger's contract was terminated.
 
This truthfully isn't a big deal. Berger was TERRIBLE last year. I rather have Incognito and Garner get a shot at Center before Berger. After the first week I'm still expecting O'hara anyways.
 
I think Berger has his limitations but he's a better player than Cook who has underachieved his whole NFL career. Can only think they're so worried about the RT position that they think Cook gives them another option there. I suppose compared to Colombo he does. It's almost like they want no competition at center so that there is no question about where Pouncey should play
