This was funny seeing the Dolphins mentioned on TMZ (unrelated to Martin/Incog) and I'd love to find out who the player(s) were who said this to them...

Mike Tomlin just got put on notice by Miami Dolphins players, who tell TMZ Sports ... if the Steeler's coach so much as steps foot on the field this Sunday ... he's gonna need to call 911.

In case you missed it -- Tomlin was fined $100,000 for stepping onto the field last week and interfering with a kick-off return by the Ravens' Jacoby Jones.

TMZ Sports spoke with one of the Dolphins -- who play the Steelers in Pittsburgh this weekend -- and he says ... "I hope he learns his lesson that he needs to get his ass off the field or he might be in a hospital if it occurs again."

Tomlin has apologized and insists the whole thing was an accident. Sounds like he better not make the same mistake twice.

I STILL can't believe the steelers didn't want Arians & Whisenhunt around & CHOSE to hire that buffoon.

This is the start of the end for that guy is my feeling
 
That 'fool' is considered an excellent coach, that has actually won a superbowl. One silly mishap shouldn't change that. People are so quick to change views...

He's a cl0wn because of the way he panders to the media and speaks on camera.

I'm a steeler fan for over 20 years. I am by no means the only one who is not high on Tomlin.

Look at how their season has gone.

He won a super bowl with Cowher's team, just like Barry Switzer won for the Cowboys with JJ's team.

That buffoon has more championships than the Dolphins since the turn of the century. Just saying.
 
Such a dumb thing to say. Threatening to send a team's head coach to a hospital can only do one thing, and that's make his players mad. It's not going to scare Tomlin. It's not going to fire up your own team. It's just dumb.

And this being TMZ tells me this was a drunk Dolphins player having a night on the town and one of the TMZ leeches saw him and got him to comment. Congrats, dingleberry. You are officially dumber than every drunk dial I've ever made (well, just about :chuckle:).

what a non story. the player is just saying that Tomlin can easily get hurt if a player running full speed collides with him. it wasn't a threat.
