Due to the political nature of Covid-19 we are starting this thread to keep the fan base informed of who has been quarantined.

This thread will be for news only and will not be open for replys. If you'd like to discuss Covid-19 you will have to do that in the Political and War Forum which is now a VIP perk.

And new threads started about players with Covid-19 will be merged with this thread.

Per Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald, 2020 seventh-round draft pick Malcolm Perry is one of a few Dolphins players who’ve tested positive for COVID-19, and Perry is already using his unfortunate circumstance to help others who have been similarly affected. According the Salguero, “The Dolphins announced rookie Malcolm Perry tested positive for COVID 19, has recovered, and is now donating plasma that contains antibodies to help current COVID patients recover quicker.” Perry isn’t the only Dolphins player to have battled the virus thus far. Salguero notes that several other unnamed Dolphins players also tested positive at some point this summer

Jerome Baker and Zach Sieler

I don't know if either player are sick. The article said they might have been around someone who tested positive. If so, it's just a few days and two negative tests and they are back out there.

Ereck Flowers T, Miami Dolphins

Dolphins placed LG Ereck Flowers on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

It's an inauspicious Dolphins start for the $30 million free agent, though he still has weeks to get cleared for Week 1. Flowers' conditioning could certainly be an early-season issue, however. Flowers is a big part of the Dolphins' plan to turn around their laughably bad 2019 run blocking.

Shaq Lawson LB, Miami Dolphins

Dolphins placed six players on the team's COVID-19 list today.

Those players are DL Shaq Lawson, DL Raekwon Davis, DT Benito Jones, rookie S Brandon Jones, OL Solomon Kindley, and WR Kirk Merritt, Miami Herald beat writer Barry Jackson reports. It's the latest in the saga of Florida-based sports teams grappling with COVID-19 outbreaks. Being placed on the list means a player either tested positive for the virus or was in contact with someone who has the virus.
