With so many questions, I see many battles a coming, should make for a grat camp. My choices.

Moreno vs Miller- I think this is gonna be much closer than expected, and I see Miller winning.

James vs himself and late cuts- He will be given every oppertunity to start but, still has to show why on the field.

OG vs OG vs OG vs OG- Wide open competition here with /Smith, Turner, Dallas, Brenner, and late cuts.

Landry vs Matthews vs Gibson- Don't see Landry beating out either this year.

OV vs Jordan- This one should be special. OV played well but Jordan is "The Chosen One."

Finnegen vs Taylor- I believe that the Taylor many liked will show up and win this battle.

Sims vs Egnew- I expect a big improvement from Sims, and Egnew is at Do or Die.

That's all I got, and it is a lot.

How about wheeler vs Jenkins vs tripp

And lynch is fighting with egnew I think. Sims is safe

Delvin vs Jenson too if anybody cares about the 3rd QB spot

I think it will be clear by the last pre-season game that Landry will be a starter on Sundays....I also think Moreno will get the edge over Miller on the depth chart but they will see virtually split snaps....

If Lynch is expecting to beat Egnew in blocking for the 3rd spot, I don't see that happening. Egnew did improve and Lynch needs a year.

Hope there's a battle for Wheeler's spot between Jenkins and Tripp or someone else.

Cornerback should be interesting. I'd say Taylor will be given every opportunity to start with Finnegan as the nickle but you never know.

I think it will be Sims vs the rookie from GA with Egnew as the odd man out.

If Landry shows the same skills as at LSU i think he ends up 3th or 4th receiver even though I like both Matthews and Gibson. He may even threaten one of the starters long term.

Go watch Turner's interview I posted earlier. That guys starting at left guard no doubt in my mind.

Sims vs Lynch

Egnew will lose out at camp. Sims, lynch, clay and gator will be the tightends.

I think lynch gets a nod over egnew simply cuz our new gm drafted him

Amen.
Watching Wheeler tackling air or seeing his dreadlocks flapping in the wind pursuing the man the just ran over him cannot happen this year.
I would just give Tripp the ILB starting job. He could not play any worse than Wheeler and he is likely a better player in the long run.
I didn't understand the Wheeler signing. He has not done anything for any team in the NFL. Total bone head move by Firedland.

Dallas Thomas is a bit of a forgotten sole after last year. But he's now healthy and he will be competing probably for a Guard position.
I know that Shelly Smith and Billy Turner are the new toys and getting all the attention, but Thomas knows he has to show something having been drafted in the 3rd round last year. He has no excuses.

Dallas Thomas will likely benefit from Benton being his position coach.
I am expecting drastic improvement across the line this year, even with the rookies and new FA's.

Hopefully Taylor is as good as many thought he could be because the competition will be good for them both but there is no way Finnegan is going to lose a camp battle to the rookie.

I wouldn't underestimate Vernon either, that guy is a football player through and through and he'll do what it takes.

The backup QB competition is one I'm interested in, especially because I've got 5k (vcash) on Matt Moore being a goner before September rolls around.

That, and I'm not gonna dismiss Brenner from the mix. Players, with no reason to say so, have said he is the hardest working player on the team, and he did show something last year.
