You can’t find a metric to measure heart
The Miami Dolphins pulled off an epic comeback win over the Atlanta Falcons to breathe fresh life into the 2017 Season… and a dejected fan base.
It looked terrible early on and wasn’t for the faint of heart. But Adam Gase and this Dolphins team are made of sterner mettle than we fans are used to having in quite a long time… drum roll please:
For the second straight season the Dolphins have shocked not only the pay per head services, but the football world in Week 6.
Phinsnews is proud to state that we were one of the very few to see that the Fins were trending up and that there were signs of hope. Thankfully, we were correct because we took a beating over this article. Two weeks of eating crow and the Dolphins losing might have been too much for us.
The crazy truth is, this should have been a blow out with Miami in cruise control in the 2nd Half, but sloppy play, a pick, and penalties kept them from putting points up in the 1st Half.

We cannot find a metric as well to measure heart for one half.. We need heart for 4 quarters of football!!!

Gotta give credit. I threw in the towel at halftime and was calling for a lot of heads. That was an unexpected yet unbelievable rally and all around effort. The defense shut them out and the offense consistently moved the ball for the first time this season.

Now the challenge of doing it for 4 quarters..... Revenge game. No excuses. Have a feeling Ajayi has one of those crazy games this week.

Hope that you're right but the Jets are pretty good at shutting down the run. I would actually be looking for someone like Parker or Kenny Stills to gash them on big plays.

This team NEVER believes the game is over until the clock reads 0:00. Everyone gets lucky but after going 12-4 in the last 16 games, I would argue it's the "NEVER QUIT" mentality and not luck. This Defense is quickly becoming a force. Our offseason moves have paid huge dividends as of now. Timmons is a beast. Hayes is the best Run Stopping DE in the league for good reason. The heart on offense starts with Landry and Ajayi. Does everyone know that we're in the playoffs if the season ended today? (: Tannehill must be salivating watching the dominant D we've displayed. Our Lbers are solid if not really good. Our Dline is just amazing! Our secondary has the best SS in the NFL and 2 CBs that ,as Dolphin fans, will become two physical athletic forces. Tank deserves the credit Reshad the God does. He was a blessing. Best CB on the best team in the NCAA and he falls to the 3rd rd. Can the outside critics actually admit we're a solid team yet or that "we've beat a good team?" (As if every game in the NFL isn't tough) PHINS UP!! Keep Landry and keep the heart beating for the NEW Miami Dolphins. Gase is continuing to perform miracles. He'll be our coach for a long long time which makes me smile (:

Miami still has a little ways to go before we can realistically call them a champion team, but continually winning games close is huge.

Eventually there will be games where Miami will win pulling away, but being able to hang in there in the close ones will be what will make them stand out each week.

If this team can put together any type of consistent passing attack we would be a tough out against anyone.

I think the glaring hole at TE leaves the entire offense vulnerable.

With that said Landry and AJayi are taking punishment because we only play offense as a team during the second half of games.

the velocity and patency of the inflow and outflow of the coronary arteries offers a pretty good measure

I dig your enthusiasm JakeemTheDeam!!!

It also helps when you have a personal foul called on your opponent for a late hit on your QB. That play lost the game for Atlanta.

Definitely got lucky! But now onto the Jets which is a must win.

Letting our offense score 20 unanswered points had something to do will it as well don't you think ?

In a comeback this big it's never one play although that one certainly went in our favor.
