[h=3]Dolphins QB Hierarchy[/h]1. Dan Marino
2. Bob Griese
3. Ryan Tannehill
4. Jay Fiedler
5. Chad Pennington

You’d rather have Tannehill and his future endeavors than Jay Fiedler in his prime. We’re at that point, right?

He’s shown drastic improvement in the second half of 2013, increasing his QB rating from 80.8 (Games 1 – 8) to 93.9 (Games 9 – 15), with eight touchdowns against two interceptions over his last three games — all victories. This is all the while playing behind a line that should have hospitalized him by Week 4. More protection is found inside a hole-punched condom wrapper.

Jay Fiedler was not a good quarterback. He shouldn't be above Chad Pennington.

Also... Bob Griese > Dan Marino. In my book, anyway.

I was and still am a Chad Pennington fan. He is higher up then Fiedler for sure.

Let's be honest. You posted this just so you could drop that gem, huh.

Not a big fan of penny. I would much rather have earl morrall or woodley/strock before penny on that list.

I liked the first half of the article. once he drifted off into the ****storm of which qb would you rather have, he went off the reservation.

Don Strock and Earl Morrall for sure belong up there on that list. Fiedler... are you kidding me, man?

it could easily be written by a younger fan. I'm sure the majority who grew up the last 20 years would be able to know griese was a great qb, but they might not know about why we went undefeated.

What about the worst Dolphin QBs?

1. Pat White
2. Ray Lucas
3. Daunte Culpepper?

i think at this point, tannehill should still be below pennington. Pennington got us to the playoffs. lets wait until tannehill gets us to the playoffs before we anoint him.

I thought Jay had his moments. I'll always love him for the dive into the end zone to beat Oakland right after 9-11.

Also, before he broke his thumb in the Denver game in 2002, he was extremely efficient. We were actually ranked #1 in the NFL power rankings after that game.

Man, it's got to be Ray Lucas. Lucas #1, Beck #2, and take your pick at #3. Culpepper probably earns that spot just due to what an unprofessional pile of **** he was.

BECK! I don't know how I could possibly forget about him!! I am pretty sure those memories are repressed
