Dolphins Raiders Game!!

I'm goin to the Fins game in Oakland on the 27th. Of course i'm wearing my bright orange chambers jersey. Has anyone been to a game there? Will i survive??? lol

I thought about making a sign that says "Please don't kill me Raiders fans!"
"I'm with him >" (cuz my buddy who i'm goin with is a Raiders fan)

So just wanted some opinions on signs and some feedback if anybody's been to a Raider game.
I can't wait! We have awesome seats

The very fact that you have to make a sign to avoid being harassed scares the hell out of me. Never been there, but hopefully someone here can give you sound advice. Just remember, with every beer thrown in your face is a reminder of your strong commitment to the Fins. Good luck. :up:



EDIT: By the way, doesnt a orange jersey make you a living bullseye. Why not go with a white jersey if you want to live to see the fins play the following week.

my brother is a raiders fan and he has been. he says they are pretty insane there. it all depends what section you get in. I would put my money on you being harassed pretty hard though.....but it could be worse, you could wear a broncos jersey there, then the cops would probably find you dead in the ditch the next day

yeah at least i'm not a kc, denver, or san diego fan but i'm sure they go to the games though. (don't know if they make it home) lol

I went to a fins game in St. Louis and got harassed pretty hard in my marino jersey (Warners Super Bowl year). I can't imagine how bad it would be in oakland. You will catch alot of hell especially if the Fins win and you brag.

yeah we are like on the 30 yard line of the home side 12 rows back, so i'm not in too close to the blackhole but i know i'm gonna take some heat cuz i know i'll be drunk and cheering like crazy!

I wore my Ricky Orange Phins jersey to the Buffalo game this year. I got harrassed but most people are just football fans. If your a jack--- then you will get a really hard time. People booed m and yelled at me but by the end of the game the bills fans were pretty cool. Helped probably that I have a canadian accent. I say wear the Orange jersey but take a sweater to wear over top of it if it gets to bad or when you are heading home. Drunks can be idiots, especially after they lose.

You should be fine. Raiders fans are overrated. Besides, that can't sellout that stadium so chances are, you won't run into too many of them! HA!

I am going to the game as well. I am on the visitor's side and plan on bringing my Dolphins gear and some foodstamps to hand out to the poor folks of Oakland. Lord knows even the meek need to eat.

Seriously though, you should be fine. Fights happen at every game at every stadium. not just Oakland. I have been to the coliseum many times as well as Monster Park in San Fran and have enjoyed my experiences with no problem ( except for parking, parking sucks ).

If you asked me to rank the teams fans from 1-32 based on how crazy and harassing they were... St. Louis would be number 32...im surprised they harassed you, I always here how peaceful and calm St. Louis fans are.
