Ferguson and Hines were a bit of a surprise. But in hindsight both were replaced by cheaper and younger versions.

We talk a lot about bad draft picks, but spending a 6th rounder on a long snapper was genuinely awful.
Nothing surprising here. They had to get down to 90 players. More guys will get cut as well as soon as we bring in one or two more free agents

Yes. It happens more than it should.
Giving an example without trying to make it too political, look how drastically many people's opinions of Elon Musk changed once he aligned himself with Trump. Or to keep it football related, how quickly people turned on Kapernack once he began to get political.
It happens all the time.
