It's an assumption by this writer that the target would be a WR. Could be an OL or even a DE. Not saying that's the case just saying. Could be a smokescreen to keep teams guessing. If they did move up there's no way to know how far until the draft is going on to see who's available and would most likely involve a player leaving Miami as well in the trade.

Trades only happen when the team is on the clock. Its pointless to trade up beforehand
