Dolphins Reveal Newly Renovated Locker Rooms.

Damn... NGL... I wish it didn't look like that...

Ross just keeps doing his part. Best owner in the league regarding facility upgrades.

I give the guy props for doing right by the team when it comes to spending money (facilities, catering, signing players). Unfortunately, there are other aspects of owning a team - first and foremost, hiring the right executive and coaching staffs to win championships. He has not done a good job in that respect - 15 years of owning the team now with 3 playoff appearances, 0 playoff wins, 0 division titles. It looks like he may have figured out that part of team ownership finally.

It seems like he finally made the right moves. We have a winning program. I think we have the most talented roster in the league and I think we are going to win the Super Bowl this year. I think McDaniel is a top 3 coach right now. Grier is among the best gms in the league. Not sure what world you are living in.

Wow that is underwhelming to say the least, yikes!! Majority of college locker rooms are nicer than that.

Looks almost as good as the Raiderettes locker room in Vegas. That stadium is killer.

The real world. What did I state that was incorrect? I did say in the last sentence it looks like he finally got the executive team right.

Look, the guy has always had his heart in the right place. There is no denying that and kudos to him for it. He paid to renovate the stadium, built a new, state of the art practice facility, and keeps the team well-involved in charitable and community causes.

He's also the guy who got caught by the media attempting to interview a head coaching candidate with his GM while he STILL had a head coach. The guy who cost his team a first round pick for meddling with Brady while he was still under contract. And those are things he had direct control over. If we really go with the buck stops with him, "bullygate" and an OL coach snorting coke on social media also occurred under his watch.

I just disagree with your anointing him as best owner in the league when the team hasn't won when it counted on the field (as of this time). Yes, he may be the most generous. And as I said, it looks like they are finally catching up on the winning side of things.

Spending money is great, but do you want the frilly stuff or how the team performs on the field? Joe Robbie was arguably the worst owner in the league in his era when it came to being stingy. Yet, they went to 5 SBs and won 2 during his time because he did the most important thing an owner can do, he hired the right executive team, including the guy who would become the winningest coach in NFL history.

If those playoff appearances have all been recent, doesn't that mean the team is improving? - LOL

You can't have it both ways because I won't let you, so there! - LOL
