Finally, somebody on the press side realized what many of us at Finheaven already knew.

Now, with Sam doing so well, we'll have Ginn, Chambers, Booker, Hagan, Sam, Campbell and Hakim. (I don't think Kerry Reed, David Sutton or Michael Malone have a chance).

Out of those seven two of the last four are going to be cut, who do you think they will be? I believe we cut Hakim, and Sam if Campbell stays healthy. He may end up on the practice squad though.
:err:

I think we will have 5 maybe 6 recivers, I think cambell will be cut, and Sam or Hakim

Very Exciting. I like the fact that this teams has some decent options at WR. P.K., Ginn, and Campbell have a legitimate shot to make a slpash for the Phins in 07'. Some of you are asking about Hakim, well to me he is just camp fodder. We all know that Ginn will be the return man so....what is the use for Hakim?

I wish P.K. Sam was 2 inches taller and 20 lbs. bigger (6'3", 220) ... and he ran closer to 4.40. It looks like he has pretty reliable hands and he can get open ... he's getting it done in NFL Europe. That tells you something. He played at Florida State. That's good. Maybe he's worked on all of his negatives in his profile also. If so, I say give the guy a fair chance to make the roster at training camp.

Cut/Trade Booker. Now we got a young, very speedy WR corps. Now we just have to hope they can catch.

Hagan's staying put.

So you should've asked: "Which 1/2 of the last 3 are getting cut?"

PK Sam = practice squad
Hakim/Campbell = knock down, drag out fight for 1 roster spot

I'm afraid that if Sam is put on our practice squad he would be scooped up immediately by another team. So I'd like to see Chambers, Booker(if he isn't dealt or cut), Ginn, Hagan, Sam, and let Campbell and Hakim battle for the 6th WR spot... that is if we keep 6 WRs which I hope they will.

I'd like top see Sam make the team. What a great problem to have. Too many WR's!
Think of lining up a healthy Campbell on one side, Ginn on the other and Chambers in the slot. Who do you double?
I like M. Booker, but I'd shop him. Who needs WR help bad? Green Bay? Tennessee?
I know it's very early, but I'm getting more excited about this team every day.

Out of the top 6 WRs we have, Id say Campbell is the most likely one to go, with the injury history and all.

:rolleyes2

Easy there....how many WR have torn up NFLE and come back to have VERY marginal seasons here? Sam is having a good tour overseas, but to think he's going to come and replace a guy like Booker is a joke, plain and simple. MAYBE SamIam makes the PC, but he won't catch more than a half dozen regular season passes this next season....Booker, on the other hand, can be counted on for 800 yards and 8 TDs. I don't know why people keep wanting to get rid of Marty....he unspectacular, but when healthy is good for at least 1 or 2 big catches per game and is not the kind of guy defenses ought to ignore.

If would like to see..
Chambers
Booker
Hagen
Ginn
Hakim

and next season cut Booker and will look like this..
Chambers
Hagen/Ginn
Ginn/Hagen
Sam/Hakem
