Brandon Field's punting.

Field position may be the key to this game.

Last year special team (Patrick Chung) was the reason we blew a halftime lead.

I think with Fields and Carpenter we have the advantage now just cover some kicks guys.

Their O is better than others. (so far)

Our D is better than the Pats.

I think i comes down to special teams (again)

Thoughts ?
 
we have to execute in every facet of the game in order to win. offense, defense, ST. throwing, pasing, rushing, catching, blocking, kicking, coaching. i have a very good feeling about it, but we wont know until its over.

He said we have an advantage on D, and they have an advantage on Offense...Special Teams will be big...But IMO who ever wins the turnover battle wins the game. Not exactly breaking news, but it is the truth...

The Dolphins secret weapon is a punter? Really? Come on, really?

Well, the Patriots do expect the Dolphins to be punting a lot (like every 4 rth. offensive play)
However, I don't thing the Patriots realize that getting the ball back, will play into the hands of the Dolphin's Master Plan!
This could be ground a breaking game, for all to see indeed.

YES really dude. Ever heard of field position ?

Playing with our backs against the wall with force conservative play calling.

So much for your new high octane offence.

Did you watch the Tampa Bay game a few weeks ago? Fields was outstanding getting us out of terrible field position several time and forcing them to go 80 yards each time.

There have already been many good evaluations of offensive and defensive stratagies

Point being the teams match up well and I think field position and turnovers will decide it.

What secret weapon were you expecting ?

While I don't think he is a secret weapon, I do believe he is a weapon. When a team's strenght is its defense a good punter is a good thing to have. Not many guys bomb kicks like this guy and he definately has the ability to help us win the field position battle as long as he is not kicking 5-6 times a game.

I am waiting for returners to start moving back on this guy. 1 thing that has helped is returners are constantly back peddling. If they move back out kicking our coverage might become an issue.

Fair enough... However, for a punter as a secret weapon. The Pats punter, has the name for it. Zoltan!!!
