the best thing for the dolphins is to hold firm

i think the dolphins should not trade away any of thier picks, we shud not trade for trent green or move up for brady quinn. We should give culpepper a chance to show what he can do for us. in the draft we shud draft a qb, lt, wr, d-lineman with a first 4 picks. we should use the draft quanitity over quality because quality is not guaranteed in the draft

the dolphins need need to get younger and get some valuable depth, not mention we will have to hand over a ton of money to a rookie qb
 
I agree; I don't think we should give up a single pick to move up. Let's stay at #9 and draft some depth.
 
No, Our Qb's should be trent green, c pep and a drafted qb.....with c pep restructuring his contract

I agree with all of that, except for the CP bit, he's washed up.
 
I think if the Raiders take Johnson then we have a good shot of having two options fall to us at #9:

Option A - Quinn falls to us (with the Vikings taking Peterson)

Option B - Peterson falling to us (with the Vikings taking Quinn)

Either option is fine by me. We can take Quinn without giving up picks, or we can trade down with somebody looking to get ahead of Houston for Peterson and take someone like Staley.

I just don't see any reason to give up picks to move up. As for Trent Green, I think we should offer Booker and one of our last two 7ths and leave it at that. If Kansas City bites, great. We can trade Culpepper for a 5th or 6th.

Miami will not even get a chance at him. And I believe Miami actually likes some of the other "2nd tier" guys. Miami will not get a chance to move up on a reasonable basis.
