Dolphins should use the 46 Defense

But, does Nolan and Parcells know the 46? Just saying to add

Oh really? The 46 D? Why dont you explain what the 46 is all about?

Explain why the 46 would be effective and against what offensive schemes, personnell and formations?

Also, let us know just how Rex, the newly crowned genious, uses the "46".

Because the games that I've watched, he uses a base 3-4 much of the time, on passing downs, he uses an "up" scheme with only 1 down lineman and plays man to man.

So enlighten us.
