Rybka is an interesting late UDFA signee. He was listed at 275lbs on ESPN's player overview. Has some development potential in Miami's scheme.

It's early for me and my math might be faulty, but it looks like we have room on the roster for one more player. After the 4 cuts yesterday, and then adding in the 16 UDFAs and the 8 draftees, I think we are at 90... and with the international exemption for Matos, we can carry 91.
Maybe we are keeping a spot open for one of the rookie tryout guys... or maybe something is imminent with a street FA CB.

That's what I would have thought, but he seems too good to just be a tryout player, and, looking at his social media and the Boise State social media, it says we signed him as a UDFA.
Barry Jackson said he agreed to a contract, too, and Ourlads had him as a signing.
It really sounds like everyone thought he was more than a camp body or tryout.
