ARE THEY FOOLS!? Derek Moye was going to be developed by Philbin and be the next all pro we had! Oh my god this team is hopeless.
 
Ryan Mahaffey is 6-2, 255 pounds and spent last year(his rookie year) on the Colts.

Have to say I am sad to see a former Nittany Lion get the boot. Always knew Moye was a major long shot but sad to see him go so early.
 
Camp bodies. With Ocho signed, there's only 2 spots for young players to seize. Wallace, Moore, Gates, Matthews, Cunningham, Pruitt. Step up your game. May the best two win
 
I think Derek Moye will catch on with a team once he's able to get in pads and show that he can get off the press, which most of these young WRs won't do, and be consistent. I'm surprised the Dolphins let him go.

We are looking for one decent FB. They had a look at Ovie Mughelli the other week. Lane and now Mahaffey have been added to the roster. I expect them to continue to search until they find someone they like.
 
My guess is Messam will be the man at the end of training camp(barring injuries). Big rb/fb/hb with upside
 
We seem to be signing a lot of FBs lately which is curious. I thought we would be running more single back sets.
 
At least some of this move was forced by the dropping of so many passes in the OTAs so far. Along with the signing of Chad Johnson, Philbin is sending a strong message to our WRs.

Thanks for your long analysis of him the other day! It really was great, I had hopes he would make the team at the bottom of the roster at least from what you had shown us.

Ocho is not a given.

There is still a month and half before training camp. Roster churing may continue. By the way, Lane is really more of a running back than he is a fullback. The kid they signed today is a true fullback.
