Dolphins Sign S Ifeatu Melifonwu

Wow, big praise. I mean obviously not expecting a first team all pro season like Baun but if he can be a top 10-15 safety for 4 million a year, extend that man now lol.

The Inaugural Zack Baun Award: The Dolphins sign S Ifeatu Melifonwu

This is being awarded for the small move that suddenly will become a big deal during the season. Ifeatu Melifonwu, who landed a one-year deal, is a talented athlete who switched from cornerback to safety during his career. He was never a full-time starter with the Lions, as he was in a loaded safety room and has dealt with major injuries. But a healthy Melifonwu should start for the Dolphins, where defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver needs a big box safety to blitz and play over tight ends.

Jevon Holland, who signed with the Giants, left big shoes to fill, and it's unlikely -- but not impossible -- that Melifonwu can do it on his own. If he can give them even 80% of what Holland did, he's suddenly a starting-caliber safety in his physical prime.

So complain for an answer geat your answer. Zero actual rebuttal and still didn't answer with laying out a resume for Grier.

Conclusion you have zero knowledge of any GMs around the league or any executives under those GMs. Spell it out for Grier was completely under qualified to become a GM when he was hired and has been a very poor GM compared to a vast majority of GMs in the past or current NFL.

So unless you can actually provide something to support Grier well then no further discussion is warranted.
That argument cuts both ways.

I know lion fans were not happy he left and titan fans were down right upset they didn't resign their wideout.
