Jevon Holland, who signed with the Giants, left big shoes to fill, and it's unlikely -- but not impossible -- that Melifonwu can do it on his own. If he can give them even 80% of what Holland did, he's suddenly a starting-caliber safety in his physical prime.

So complain for an answer geat your answer. Zero actual rebuttal and still didn't answer with laying out a resume for Grier.

Conclusion you have zero knowledge of any GMs around the league or any executives under those GMs. Spell it out for Grier was completely under qualified to become a GM when he was hired and has been a very poor GM compared to a vast majority of GMs in the past or current NFL.

So unless you can actually provide something to support Grier well then no further discussion is warranted.
