He’s fantastic in the slot and against TE’s.If he can cover TE's, I'll be happy.

Yes, I want a chance to win a SB. Grier has so he ain't close. 10 years, 3 HCs, multiple roster rebuilds, and Zero playoff wins. It is absolutely unheard of in the NFL for a GM to hire 3 HCs, unless he had great HCs leave /retire. Grier always has excuses, it was the HC fault, it was injuries, whatever. Guy was a horrible hire to begin with, he was the complete definition of failing upwards in Miami, everytime the guy above him was fired he moved up. Grier has been part of a 20 year failure. He is also responsible for every goo player we have now. Glass half full? Yours is obvious. Who would you replace him with??? There are not 24 of anything that is NFL worthy for the $$$ spent by us fans. That includes Owners, GM's, Coaches, QB's...etc. We have had a string of losers at GM, you want to take a chance on a 10 year setback by starting over with un-proven GM talent? I am not so inclined.
I dont like Grier but that's a bit extreme no?If Johnson drops to #13, I'd think Grier would jump.
Extreme?I dont like Grier but that's a bit extreme no?
It is over. Grier has won in a landslide. Best Club Med in the NFL. Nobody can come close to beating the Miami Rehabs. Are we trying to win an award for the team with the most repaired Achilles tendons?
JumpingExtreme?
Ok Chad. Oops sorry DanIt is over. Grier has won in a landslide. Best Club Med in the NFL. Nobody can come close to beating the Miami Rehabs.
I am not close to him overall, nor troll to troll.Ok Chad. Oops sorry Dan![]()
You didn’t answer the question? Who would you replace him with?Yes, I want a chance to win a SB. Grier has so he ain't close. 10 years, 3 HCs, multiple roster rebuilds, and Zero playoff wins. Here is a challenge, you act as Grier's agent and write up a resume to get teams to hire. Then you will start to see just how bad he is. Guys all over the league that have done so much more.
good to see the fo sticking to their fomular. Injury prone and not very good players. Dude will be a starterHe was on IR twice last year, and generally has struggled with injuries. Hopefully it's to be a third safety, and not a starter.
Holland got 3 years 45 million so it’s slightly over a quarter of what Holland got."Rarely healthy"....that has Grier written all over it. Looks like he has played roughly 55% of games he was hired for, so the $4m WOULD BE $8m FOR A HEALTHY safety....isn't that what Holland is trying to get? Doesn't Holland play most games?
Be fair!Miami's going to need to invest in a bigger blue tent. Grier bargain basement hunting in the injury pile praying that one of them stays healthy.
But, but, but maybe he hurt his finger trying to protect his ankle.Hmm. Probably just a depth signing...and while Grier likes acquiring injury-prone players, a dislocated finger is kinda a freak injury. I'm okay with this.
Edit: Never mind. I see that he had an ankle injury, too.
