Dolphins Stadium...

I have never been to a Dolphins' live game, now for those of you who have been there week in and week out.. please tell me, what has been the percentage rate of dolfans in the stadium, and do you think it will increase this year?

Wow it really depends on the team. The teams from the Northeast always represent well. Jets, Bills, Patriot fans always show up in force. Expect there to be at least 25-30% of those fans but they are so loud and obnoxious it seems like 50%. LOL!

The other teams...if it is a popular team like Dallas or Green Bay then it can be 10-20% if it is a team like the Cardinals and 49ers then hardly any at all.

lol let me put it these year i went to ALL 9 homegames last year. and i went to both preseason games this year. Last nights game seemed to have mroe fans and at times was much louder than games last year

I was in 234 last night (free seats! )

That was by far the largest preseason crowd I've ever seen

why was there only like say 20 thousand or so at fins vs cheifs? looked empty???

this is sad to see. hate it when people cant be bothered to even go to the game and its on your doorstep. i travel round the globe to about 4-5 games a year! crazy.

they even declared the Cheifs game a sell out? WTF

It looked empty at the start of the game because everyone got there late and it was very crowded. There were ALOT more people there then the Chief's preseason game. Also they film the game from the home side. The home side was packed.

I've been there for some Jets games where it seemed there were like 4 green jerseys out of every 10. It's not surprising considering it's snowbird season and most of the kids and grandkids look at it as a good opportunity for an extended weekend to thaw out with free room and board. (I HATE snowbird season although it's a major reason Florida's got no state income tax!)

The announced attendance figure for Sat was 60,189. It was considered a sell out-- it was the biggest pre-season crowd i remember seeing.

I fly down to Miami for 2-3 games every year from Maryland and will be at the opener against the Jets and Raiders in Nov. Last year was at the Bills in Nov and it made me sick to see all the Bill's fans in "MY" stadium. I'm hoping the excitement this preseason has brought really increases the attendance by Fins fans!

The Fins haven't had a true home field advantage in years. I surely hope this changes.
