I think the majority of the renovations will take place after the Marlins' lease is up.

I only ask because some of them were going to be done right away.( the new scoreboards, etc.)

If anything happens it should be after this season, the superbowl will be at Dolphins Stadium next year so you would think they would fix it up some.
