I found this information on the internet:
SN Sporting News, Mark Carney - 2025 NFL Strength of Schedule

Just a few of interest for me were:
#1 - Giants
#21 - Dolphins
#23 - Bills
#26 - Jets
#30 - Patriots

I am not familiar with SN or Mark Carney.

I don't put a lot of value in this kind of statistic because each team's play can vary significantly from year to year. In this case, I was surprised to find our division was clearly delineated to the bottom ~30% of the strength of the schedule.

Is this a typical position that Sports News or Mark Charney takes with our division?

Not sure how typical, but playing the Jets and pats twice, + a very weak overall NFC division, I'm not surprised.

It's based on opponents cumulative winning percentage from the previous season. As we all know teams change quite a bit from year to year, that's why these "strength of schedule" preseason rankings usually look fairly ridiculous by the time December rolls around every year
💯

Yeah it’s not very hard going off last years records but I believe if you go off Vegas win lines for upcoming season think it jumps to like 10th hardest.
