Dolphins sueing Huepel

I don't understand the Dolphins grievance. I thought every body knew about Huepels wrist injury coming out of college. Did he claim it was all better when it really wasn't?
Can some of you smart people enlighten me?:confused:

I agree w/you Infin and see nothing wrong w/us drafting Heupel. It just made no sense for him to be on the team over someone w/ability like Cade, but when we got him he was competing with Quinn and some thought for the #1
